How to Order

To order non-bedding items simply email me a list of what you want and your zipcode and I will send you and invoice with you total.

To order bedding please email me with the following information:

1. Which piece(s) of bedding you would like.
2. Which cotton/fleece fabric you want.*
3. What color you'd like the coordinating fleece to be .**
4. Your email address(if you're contacting me via PM).

Once you send me this information I will contact you back with the total cost of everything(shipping will be estimated) and I will tell you how long it will take me to get it done.

*If you do not see any fabrics you want, then please email me with a description of what you DO want so I can try and find it for you.

**I don't stock large amounts of solid-colored fleece so you won't find pics of it on the site, just let me know what color you'd like and I'll get it if I don't already have it.

How to Pay

All ferret bedding orders require a 50% deposit and sugar glider bedding orders require a 25% deposit. Those deposits cover the costs of supplies and are non-refundable. Once I've bought the fabric and cut it up I can't return it. For non-bedding items, they must be paid for in full before being shipped.

If ordering bedding, once I finish the set I will send you pictures of everything, as well as an exact shipping cost. If you like it and everything is correct then you will send your payment(via PayPal or moneyorder). As soon as I receive your payment I will ship your package out the next business day via USPS Priority Mail. :)

By the way, YES, I ship worldwide! :D

***Once your order is completed I'll let you know via email. At that point you will have 14 days to pay for your order. If no payment is received in that time then your order will be considered cancelled and your deposit is forfeit.

I don't want to be mean, but there are too many times that I've had piles of bedding sitting around and the buyers won't respond for weeks. :(
